The challenge
Custom builders run projects across shared folders, email threads, texts, spreadsheets, and memory. Leadership rebuilds the portfolio picture by hand every week, and the information needed for decisions is scattered.
What SiteOS does
SiteOS gives a builder a clear answer to three questions: what changed on a project, what needs a decision now, and what to tell the client, with sources. It brings together project data, field reports, outside signals such as federal demand, labor and material benchmarks, and weather, and document intelligence, all in one place.
The platform
An alert engine flags what needs attention across the portfolio. Executive and portfolio views show health, exposure, and cost and demand context. Project manager views cover schedules, RFIs, invoices, document ingest, and project Q&A with citations. Cost intelligence compares benchmarks with clear national and regional labels, and decision packets turn approvals and next steps into client-ready outputs. Daily reports, weather flags, and photos feed the same project record that the dashboards and AI read.
Engineering
A Python and FastAPI backend with Celery workers runs ingestion, scheduling, and long-running analysis, with job monitoring built in. Data moves through a layered pipeline, from raw ingest to validation to benchmark tables, with tenant project data isolated per builder. AI document and RFI analysis is paired with rules and templates so every answer is explainable and cited. Next.js dashboards stream for weak job-site connections, on Vercel and Railway.
The result
A complete construction intelligence platform, designed and engineered by Dorvell end to end.
